Marguerite Mills focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and probate and trust litigation.

Marguerite is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar and the St. Petersburg Bar Association.

Prior to returning to her home state of Florida, Marguerite practiced law for several years in Washington, D.C. While practicing in Washington, D.C., Marguerite advised clients on federal, state and local campaign finance law, election law and congressional ethics. She also represented tax-exempt organizations and handled contract negotiations.

During law school, Marguerite completed summer clerkships with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C., and Justice Barbara Pariente of the Florida Supreme Court in Tallahassee.

Marguerite serves as a mentor to current students at Emory University School of Law.
