Sandra Fascell Diamond is one of Florida’s most highly regarded attorneys in the area of wills, trusts and estates. Her practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and wealth transfer strategies for high-net-worth clients. She also mediates estate and trust disputes and serves as an expert witness in cases involving her areas of expertise.

Sandra is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates and is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She is a former Chair of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.

Sandra was elected by attorneys in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in 2011 to serve on The Florida Bar Board of Governors, and she is in her eighth consecutive term.

Sandra has served on numerous committees of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar, focused on the development of Florida law involving wills, trusts and estates. She served for four years as the Section’s Legislation Chair and also served as CLE Chair. She currently serves on the Section’s Ad Hoc Homestead Life Estate Committee, the Probate Law Committee and Trust Law Committee.

The Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar honored Sandra with the John Arthur Jones Annual Service Award in 2002, the William S. Belcher Lifetime Professionalism Award in 2010, and the Robert C. Scott Memorial Award for her devoted and continued service in 2014.

Sandra received The Florida Bar President’s Award of Merit for her leadership of the “Vote’s in Your Court” campaign, an educational program for the 2016 Florida Supreme Court judicial merit retention election. She received the award again in 2018 for her work educating the public about the Constitution Revision Commission process.

Sandra has also been recognized by Florida Trend’s Legal Elite Hall of Fame, Florida Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America.

Sandra has made community leadership a central focus throughout her career as an attorney in Pinellas County. She recently served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and continues to serve on the Board.

In 2008, Sandra and her late husband, Dr. Frank B. Diamond Jr., received All Children’s Hospital’s William Belcher Award for their service to the hospital and their advocacy for children’s healthcare.

Sandra also served for many years on the Board of Trustees of the Pinellas Community Foundation. In 2019, she became the first recipient of the Foundation’s INSPIRE Award for her contributions to charitable planning.
