Rachel N. Barlow focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and probate and trust controversies and litigation.

Rachel is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates, and she earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Rachel is a member of the Executive Council of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar and serves as Vice Co-Chair of its IRA, Insurance & Employee Benefits Committee. Rachel writes and speaks on estate and trust issues for state and local organizations, including St. Petersburg Bar Association, of which she is a member.

Prior to joining Diamond & Lile, Rachel practiced with the national law firm of Cummings & Lockwood LLC in Naples, where she focused her practice on estate planning for high-net-worth clients.

Rachel previously worked as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch, where she assisted clients with financial planning and investment management.  While at Merrill, she earned her Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses and her insurance license.  Although as a practicing lawyer, Rachel no longer utilizes those licensures, her experience in the finance industry allows her to better serve her clients as they interface with their investment advisors.

Rachel has been recognized by Super Lawyers in 2025 and  Best Lawyers in 2026 for her work in wills, trusts and estates.
